Beauty with Vinegar - SKIN

VINEGAR help restore the natural acidity of your skin, clear up skin problems (dryness, itching, flaking, and acne).

1) Age Spots: Vinegar mixed with onion juice help reduce appearance of age spots. Mix equal parts onion juice and vinegar, and dab onto the age spots. The spots should lighten after several weeks of this daily routine.

2) Dry/Itchy Skin: To relieve itchy skin and/or aching muscles, add 2 tablespoons vinegar to a bathtub of warm water. Soak in the tub for 15 minutes.

3) Problem Skin: Oily skin can be controlled with a mixture of half apple cider vinegar and half cool water. The mixture works as an astringent. You can also freeze this solution into ice cubes and use it as a cooling facial treatment on a hot summer day.

4) Chapped Skin: Mix equal parts vinegar and hand cream to help chapped hands.

5) Warts: Remove warts by applying a lotion of half cider vinegar and half glycerin. Apply daily to warts until they dissolve.

6) Sunburn: Lightly rub white distilled. Reapply as needed.

7) Skin burns: Apply ice-cold vinegar right away for fast relief and prevent burn blisters.

8) Dead skin: Mix ½ cup of olive oil with ¼ cup apple cider vinegar and ¼ water. Use it as night cream. Vinegar takes care of dead skin cells, skin discolorations, and bacteria.
