Beauty Facial Massage

Daily facial massage help to stimulate blood circulation, remove dead skin and tighten the skin tissue. The best time for facial massage is before bed. Use cold cream for dry skin and olive oil for oily skin. Clean your face before massage to avoid the skin pores blocked by dirt particles. Don't apply too much pressure on the face to avoid bruising or swelling of skin. Don't apply any make up for next 4 hours after massage.

1) Face massage:
- Use your index, middle and ring fingers, massage in and upward slowly and firmly for 5 minutes.

2) Forehead massage:
- Use your index and middle fingers, massage forehead slowly and firmly in circular motion for ten times. Repeat with opposite direction for ten times.

3) Eyes massage:
- Use your middle fingers, massage hollow area from outer temple inward the bridge of nose for 1 minute.
- Use your index fingers, press gently hollow of the eye next to the nose, release after 5 seconds. Repeat for 5 times.

4) Nose massage:
- Use your middle fingers, gently message from inner hollow of the eye downward along sides the nose. Repeat for 10 times.

5) Around lips massage:
- Message gently with index and middle fingers in circular and upward motion around mouth and lips. Start from chin, move upwards to the area under nostrils. Repeat for 5 times.

6) Chin massage:
- From ear lobe, gently massage the jaw area in circular motion for 5 minutes.

7) Finish up:
- Lightly tap your entire face with index finger and middle finger on both hands, moving from center of face outward.
