Beauty with Olive Oil - Skin & Face


Olive Oil is rich in vitamin A, D, E and K. It nurtures your skin by maintaining moisture balance and absorbed easily to nourish deep beneath the skin. Here are some tips to for beauty skin and face with Olive Oil:


1) Taking a teaspoon of olive oil each day helps keep your skin soft and supple. It also helps to maintain the skin's elasticity.

2) Apply Olive oil to the skin immediately after sunbathing reverses the damage UV rays cause, prevent skin cancer and reverses the skin aging process.

3) Apply olive oil to your dry and chapped lips will lubricates and heals your lips.

4) Massage a small amount of olive oil into skin for silky soft skin. Apply extra Olive Oil to the rough or cracked areas. Olive oil improves skin texture
and elasticity which leaves the skin moisturized for more than 12 hours.

5) Add 2 teaspoons of olive oil to your warm bath water to soothe and nourish your skin (take proper precautions to prevent slip). The warm water will open your pores while the olive oil will lightly coat your skin, smoothing and locking in moisture.

6) Uses mixture of 1/2 cup of olive oil, 1/4 cup of vinegar and 1/4 cup of water as a night cream. Wash your face with clean water before apply. The olive oil softens and moisturizes your skin. The vinegar lightens discoloration, kills bacteria and loosen dead skin.

7) For facial, wash your face with water, then massage with olive oil for 10 minutes. Use small amount of salt, gently scrub your face to remove dirt
and dead or loose skin cells. Clean your face with a warm and wet cloth.
