Beauty with Olive Oil - Skin & Face


Olive Oil is rich in vitamin A, D, E and K. It nurtures your skin by maintaining moisture balance and absorbed easily to nourish deep beneath the skin. Here are some tips to for beauty skin and face with Olive Oil:


1) Taking a teaspoon of olive oil each day helps keep your skin soft and supple. It also helps to maintain the skin's elasticity.

2) Apply Olive oil to the skin immediately after sunbathing reverses the damage UV rays cause, prevent skin cancer and reverses the skin aging process.

3) Apply olive oil to your dry and chapped lips will lubricates and heals your lips.

4) Massage a small amount of olive oil into skin for silky soft skin. Apply extra Olive Oil to the rough or cracked areas. Olive oil improves skin texture
and elasticity which leaves the skin moisturized for more than 12 hours.

5) Add 2 teaspoons of olive oil to your warm bath water to soothe and nourish your skin (take proper precautions to prevent slip). The warm water will open your pores while the olive oil will lightly coat your skin, smoothing and locking in moisture.

6) Uses mixture of 1/2 cup of olive oil, 1/4 cup of vinegar and 1/4 cup of water as a night cream. Wash your face with clean water before apply. The olive oil softens and moisturizes your skin. The vinegar lightens discoloration, kills bacteria and loosen dead skin.

7) For facial, wash your face with water, then massage with olive oil for 10 minutes. Use small amount of salt, gently scrub your face to remove dirt
and dead or loose skin cells. Clean your face with a warm and wet cloth.

Beauty Facial Massage

Daily facial massage help to stimulate blood circulation, remove dead skin and tighten the skin tissue. The best time for facial massage is before bed. Use cold cream for dry skin and olive oil for oily skin. Clean your face before massage to avoid the skin pores blocked by dirt particles. Don't apply too much pressure on the face to avoid bruising or swelling of skin. Don't apply any make up for next 4 hours after massage.

1) Face massage:
- Use your index, middle and ring fingers, massage in and upward slowly and firmly for 5 minutes.

2) Forehead massage:
- Use your index and middle fingers, massage forehead slowly and firmly in circular motion for ten times. Repeat with opposite direction for ten times.

3) Eyes massage:
- Use your middle fingers, massage hollow area from outer temple inward the bridge of nose for 1 minute.
- Use your index fingers, press gently hollow of the eye next to the nose, release after 5 seconds. Repeat for 5 times.

4) Nose massage:
- Use your middle fingers, gently message from inner hollow of the eye downward along sides the nose. Repeat for 10 times.

5) Around lips massage:
- Message gently with index and middle fingers in circular and upward motion around mouth and lips. Start from chin, move upwards to the area under nostrils. Repeat for 5 times.

6) Chin massage:
- From ear lobe, gently massage the jaw area in circular motion for 5 minutes.

7) Finish up:
- Lightly tap your entire face with index finger and middle finger on both hands, moving from center of face outward.

Beauty with Salt - MOUTH & HAIR

Salt is a handy tool to help keep breath fresh.

1) Shining Teeth: Cleaning teeth with little salt for at least a week to polish your teeth.

2) Whitening Teeth: Brushing teeth with a paste of dry lime peel powder and salt.

3) Washing mouth - Add 1 teaspoon of salt in a cup of warm water as a mouth wash to clean and freshen breath.

4) Hair Style: Mix 1 tablespoon salt with warm water and use to spritz hair before setting it. It helps the curls to stay in longer.

Beauty with Salt - FACE

Salt can be a great asset for keeping your face clear and clean.

1) Oily Skin: Fill a small spray bottle with tepid water, add 1 teaspoon salt, and spray on your face. Blot the face dry.

2) Cleansers and Toners: Mix 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon olive oil in a small bowl, use the mixture to gently massage your face and throat, avoid contact with eyes. Follow by washing with the usual face soap.

3) Swelling/Puffy Eyes: Mix 1 teaspoon of salt in two cups of hot water, soaking cosmetic pads in the solution and place on the puffy areas.

4) Tired eyes - Mix 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a pint of water and use the solution to bathe the tired eyes.

5) Facial: For stimulating facial, mix equal parts of salt and olive oil, gently massage the face and neck with fingers. Remove mixture after 5-10 minutes and wash face.

Beauty with Salt - SKIN

Salt solutions are inexpensive, wonderful and additions to your beauty regimen.

1) Exfoliation: After shower or bath and while skin still wet, sprinkle salt onto the hands and rub it gently all over the skin to remove dry skin and make the skin smoother to especially heels and elbows.

2) Itchy skin: Add 1 cup table salt or sea salt to the bath water, soaking in the tub to relieve itchy skin and also soften the skin.

3) Dry/Dead Skin: - After bathing, while still wet give a massage with dry salt to remove dead skin particles and aids the circulation.

4) Skin Care: Get full-body salt rub twice a year to transform even dry, coarse skin into soft, glowing skin.

Beauty with Vinegar - FACE

VINEGAR is useful to skincare for your face.

1) After bath: Apple cider vinegar help keep the skin soft and young looking, splash on face after bath.

2) Cleansers and Toners: Use a mixture of half vinegar and half water to clean your face. Rinse with vinegar diluted with water and let your face air dry to seal in the moisture.

3) Pimples: Make a paste of honey, wheat flour, and vinegar, then use it to lightly cover a new outbreak of pimples. Keep the paste overnight, and rinse it off in the morning.

4) Overnight facial: Get rid of blemishes and make your skin more youthful by patting apple cider vinegar on your face before bed. You’ll have softer, smoother skin in the morning.

Beauty with Vinegar - HAIR

VINEGAR make your hair cleaner and shinier.

1) Conditioning: Add 1 tablespoon vinegar to your hair as you rinse it.

2) Dandruff: Massage full-strength vinegar into your scalp several times a week before shampooing.

3) Shiny: Run vinegar over your hair into a bowl about 15 to 20 times.

Beauty with Vinegar - SKIN

VINEGAR help restore the natural acidity of your skin, clear up skin problems (dryness, itching, flaking, and acne).

1) Age Spots: Vinegar mixed with onion juice help reduce appearance of age spots. Mix equal parts onion juice and vinegar, and dab onto the age spots. The spots should lighten after several weeks of this daily routine.

2) Dry/Itchy Skin: To relieve itchy skin and/or aching muscles, add 2 tablespoons vinegar to a bathtub of warm water. Soak in the tub for 15 minutes.

3) Problem Skin: Oily skin can be controlled with a mixture of half apple cider vinegar and half cool water. The mixture works as an astringent. You can also freeze this solution into ice cubes and use it as a cooling facial treatment on a hot summer day.

4) Chapped Skin: Mix equal parts vinegar and hand cream to help chapped hands.

5) Warts: Remove warts by applying a lotion of half cider vinegar and half glycerin. Apply daily to warts until they dissolve.

6) Sunburn: Lightly rub white distilled. Reapply as needed.

7) Skin burns: Apply ice-cold vinegar right away for fast relief and prevent burn blisters.

8) Dead skin: Mix ½ cup of olive oil with ¼ cup apple cider vinegar and ¼ water. Use it as night cream. Vinegar takes care of dead skin cells, skin discolorations, and bacteria.
